Frontend Engineer
Rachel is the Frontend Engineer at Pango and has 6 years of classroom experience as a secondary school maths teacher. After graduating from university with a first-class honours degree in Mathematics, she went on to complete a PGCE in Secondary Mathematics. Whilst teaching, she was awarded a distinction in her MA in Mathematics Education. She then spent evenings learning the foundations of frontend engineering and continued on as a teaching assistant at a coding school.
Rachel is passionate about inspiring the next generation of women in STEM. Her favourite subjects at school were Maths and Music. When she’s not working, Rachel enjoys hiking, cooking and watching films.
